first update for the race
here we are about 5 weeks out from the big start, training is going really well, i have just got back from a 250km run - is was real windy, come to think of it its always windy in this ride...got a great massage from Deb when i got back and im expecting to do a back up ride first thing in the morning...
Training Schedule for this week:
Sat 250km ride
Sun 70km morning ride - recoevr arvo
Mon 1/20 training run (try break 16 mins)
Tue Gym - try and do 12500ft or 15000ft on the versa climber
Wed Rest
Thu 4 hours mtb
Fri Gym 5000 on the versa climber
well thats the goal anyway
